CSI Model WSM-01 Vertical Cuttings Dryer |
The WSM-01 and WSM-04 are screen type
cuttings dryers, adaptable to any feed style (i.e. pump, auger,
or vacuum). To date, neither unit has a realized maximum capacity.
The continuous flow of material is
designed to achieve optimum liquid/solid separation.

to keep pace with drilling operations.
- Self-contained lifting hoist on CSI's stand allows unit
maintenance without unnecessary use of rig crane.

- Explosion-proof motors are certified for use in Class
I, Division I areas, meeting US Coast Guard (USCG) and US
Mineral Management Services (MMS) requirements.
- Built-in Walkway on CSI stand allows safe access around
the WSM, meeting USCG, MMS, and OSHA requirements.

- Delivered to you pre-assembled; no rig site fabrication

Maintenance |
- Automatic cuttings dryer shut-off senses low oil pressure,
preventing internal and bearing damage.
- Individually balanced components are designed to be interchanged
without affecting the high-speed, vibration-free operation.
